Elie Wiesel: Unconditional Love for God and His Creation

It is in my faith that love for Hashem should be unconditional.  Therefore, I look up to Elie Wiesel; the man in the picture.  His love for Hashem was also unconditional. 

I am not a Jew (or a Christian), but I loved Hashem first (see * for explanation below), when I was at my worst, and in return He gave me a wonderful life beyond my wildest dreams as a child**. 

At my lowest, in college, I was an atheist addicted to the opiates gliadorphin and casomorphin.  I probably also had severe sleep apnea, because after college I was given a sleep study, and I slept for 45min having 54 apneas in that 45min.  Just imagine getting 1hr of sleep a day on opium for years on end.  I had also been hospitalized for psychosis, and treated with psychotropic drugs.  I worked at a golf course, where one of my fellows dictated, "Craig is the tiredest human being on earth."  While I was suffering greatly, the idea of G-d was maddening.  Then, Hashem spoke to me, an unlocatable voice out of creation that said, "I am punishing you."  I had faith, and boldly (I had nothing to lose that I know of.) retorted back to Hashem, "Why are you punishing me?"  Hashem responded, "I get everyone sooner or later. (Deuteronomy 31:20 chabad.org - ...Then, they will turn to other deities and serve them, provoking Me and violating My covenant.)" So I believed, not because I assumed or demanded He would shower me with gifts, yet I testify divine reward and punishment are real things.  As an atheist, I received divine punishment.  As a believer in Hashem, I was eventually rewarded.  

It is now absolutely a joy to be alive, and I trust that no matter what, I love Hashem in the way that I love my wife, Meghan, and I believe with trust comes blessing. However, with Hashem, like my pet turtle; I don’t love her because she is smart, or because she does anything. She is a turtle, a reptile, and would eat me alive without knowledge of doing right or wrong if I let her. I love G-d in the way that I love creation, big animals, small animals, plants and beyond. There is nothing about creation that I think is appropriate to hate or judge Hashem for.

The answer to problems is love, not love that says if I do this then Gd will give me such and such, but to accept all of His creation, and to observe His commandments, regardless, as Elie Wiesel put on tefillin, as did many others, during the Holocaust. I think sometimes Hashem tests us to see if we actually do love Him unconditionally with a love dependent on nothing.  That may be the reason behind the Holocaust, I don’t know, but I do know the answer is always to love Hashem with a love similar to the love of David and Jonathan, a love dependent on absolutely nothing at all.

***Ethics of the Fathers 5:16. Any love that is dependent on something--when the thing ceases, the love also ceases. But a love that is not dependent on anything never ceases. What is [an example of] a love that is dependent on something? The love of Amnon for Tamar. And one that is not dependent on anything? The love of David and Jonathan.

****Ethics of the Fathers 1:3. Antignos of Socho received the tradition from Shimon the Righteous. He would say: Do not be as slaves, who serve their master for the sake of reward. Rather, be as slaves who serve their master not for the sake of reward. And the fear of Heaven should be upon you.

This is different from Jesus teaching in his "Sermon on the Mount."  It is different because I believe one should seek Hashem first, not the kingdom, and expect nothing in return.

Matthew 6:33 in the Authorized King James Version of the Bible: "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."

***This is a comparison of my version of ideal love for Hashem.  It is the way David loved Jonathan, and also the way Elie Wiesel loved Hashem.

****This is another comparison of my ideal version of love for G-d.  Serve the L-rd demanding absolutely nothing in return in the way that a good employee shouldn't serve their boss/manager for the sake of rewards, such as money.

Gd Sovereign: Bringer of Sickness or Health

It may seem that any given thing can happen, but it is not true!

It is always a good time to have hope, as G-d has the power to annihilate disease, as will be explained.

Gd desires unconditional love – first, from his people no matter what condition we are in - He wants us to accept that our condition is relative to how He feels about us and/or our ancestors. Diseases, like cancer, may be formidable, yet Gd sometimes allows them to be.

However, we know cancer is a disease, so there must be a cure!

If we take care to observe Torah, then we pass His heart honesty test. Once we love Gd and His people, it is only a matter of time before improvement.

A righteous soul learns that Hashem leads His loved ones to practice Torah - charity, study, not to boil a kid in the mother’s milk, etc. - these behaviors He loves!

Lastly, Hashem wants us to love all of His creation in its entirety. Everything of creation is thus an enactment of His will including creation’s unknown variables, as in physics like degrees of freewill and apparent decisions mixing with some of creation's apparent determinism.

Galations 3:10 – Paul of Tarsus’ Great Lie

Galations 3:10 is one of the greatest lies in the whole New Testament - read what it says

"For all who rely on the works of the law are under a curse, as it is written: “Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law.” - This is a great and terrible a lie.

Rather than a curse, obedience to the Law of Gd brings blessing to those that love Him.  The Law of Gd is as the very food, which nourishes our bodies, and our planet.  The Law is to make us and our world sanctified, which means pure and holy.

Persons that honestly attempt to follow Gd's commands, which He has dictated to us through His Torah, all 613 Laws (available at www.jewfaq.org), and that we know of because He gave them to  Moses, let's us know that even if we fall short while trying to follow Hashem's commands he pours his mercy and love on us bringing us blessing and not some stupid curse as Paul tells us.

You see; The Law of Moses is a Law of Compassion, and it is not without wonderful mercies or justice.

Gd sees our hearts.  If our hearts beg and plead for His love, His LAW, His people, and His creation, over the years YHWH must bring blessing through divine providence.  The Law of Moses is as the space shuttle that will take us to ever increasing new heights previously thought unimaginable.

Don’t sell yourself short by Christian fundamentalism.  I, myself, am not a Christian or a Jew.  Please, don’t listen to Paul of Tarsus and give G-d a chance!!!  In Leviticus 26 and Deuteronomy, God promises to do well by us if we occupy ourselves with Torah, making it one with our soul.

Faith Is Magical Thinking

At times I have been accused of magical thinking, but this is what I know; Hashem tells us this:

Deuteronomy 7:9 Know therefore that YHWH thy God, He is God; the faithful God, who keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love Him and keep His commandments to a thousand generations;

And this,

Deuteronomy 7:15 And YHWH will take away from thee all sickness; and He will put none of the evil diseases of Egypt, which thou knowest, upon thee, but will lay them upon all them that hate thee.”

Now, I can’t say that I have never been sick, or that I have always been faithful.  I struggled with mental illness, and opiates, which to me these are the “Evil diseases” I knew at my worst.  Even to this day, I have a few allergies.

However, Hashem’s word promises me that he will keep me free from sickness, in return for obedience, and that is precisely what I experience.

I do my best to follow His commands, and this is what I get:  I have never been vaccinated against the flu, yet it has been several years since I have had any viral infection.  In addition, it has been at least 20yrs since I have had a bacterial infection, going back to one time in high school when I had small one under my toenail, probably from the boys locker-room.  This seems like magical thinking indeed, but I don't care because it works, sort of; one must do in addition to acquiring belief!  At one time I had a job that dealt with sewage, and I still didn’t get sick, not even once!

Therefore I suggest that one can live free from disease through religion, but it’s not as if one can state that he or she has faith and continue to doubt Torah.  One must have faith first, and possibly prove later.

As a former atheist, I am not going to be able to tell you that everything in this existence is reasonable, or provable.  We may never be able to study about Hashem in a quantifiable way, or to understand before doing.  If that sort of thinking is an obstacle for you, then I truely feel sorry for you.

Idol or G-d: Is truth discernible?

One man's God is the next man's idol! How profound. Just say that and put the next evangelist that tries to save you in a pickle. It reminds me of a comical skit from The State. Old fashioned man proclaims [license taken], “I believe in the one true G-d,” dramatic pause “And his name is Zoro and he is living in that lake,” which is followed by the old fashioned man humorously whistling at the end of the short clip.

I have never heard apologetics from any religion that address this maddening issue, which is that once we establish that there is a G-d, we fall flat on our faces in details, not minor details, but MAJOR DETAILS!, such as what the name of G-d is, but the where, the when, the why, and the how, so I will tell it: The details are up to Gd Himself, not me. However, I have a function too. As a faithful follower of Hashem, my role is to be as His instrument in order that His will may be done. He doesn’t need me to be His instrument, but through His unfathomable ways he has chosen to work through humankind.

Want to know how I came to faith? When I was an atheist at Rutgers, G-d spoke to me and instantaneously I believed. G-d said, "I AM punishing you." There was nothing not to believe about that Voice, and it caused me great joy because I never knew Gd could be capable of retribution, and not only that but that He also cared enough about me enough to speak with me. In my opinion, Hashem chose to speak to me when I was at my lowest because I felt like I had nothing to lose. I would try anything. Had he spoken to me in less dire circumstances, I may have brushed it off without changing. That is how I feel about folks when I tell them about G-d and they roll their eyes or deny that He has spoken with me. Like me in the good times, I expect that they wouldn’t change a thing.

On The Lubavitcher Rebbe’s Holocaust Understanding

Yanki Tauber writes of the Lubavitcher Rebbe’s opinion on the Holocaust that “Only G-d Himself can answer for what He allowed to happen.”

Having spoken with Hashem, I imagine Hashem’s answer for the tremendous suffering of the Holocaust would most likely be something like, “I care very deeply.  That is why I made you suffer.  I was trying to reach you, but when I did you ran away.  I was scared that if I spoke to you, that you would leave Me and that you would run even further in the wrong direction.  I, Hashem, tried everything in my power, except suspend freewill, to get My precious Jews to hearken to my voice.”

What is my evidence that this would be Hashem's answer?

G-d answered me in my time of suffering by saying, “I never thought you would get this far (astray from an upright path. - Thus, I suggest that being "far" from the truth is why the Jews suffered during the Holocaust).”  Then, He told me, “I AM punishing you,” which was music to my ears because I thought that G-d not only did not exist, but that if He did exist that He must not care what is happening to me.  To find that G-d was punishing me to the extent of taking action in my well being meant that He cares indeed!  Thus, the next step was to find out what to do to get G-d to stop punishing me, through changing my heart and my actions primarily to that of love and good deeds.

G-d struggles with empathy for His created beings.  The infinite G=d and Founder of the Universe has no more of a clue what it is like to be human, than we have ability to see things from His perspective.

Does Gd Love Women as Much as Men or Is He a Bigoted Bastard?

Firstly, I want for women to know Gd loves all of His people!

Hi!  I am a gentile.  Years ago I got really angry at a Rabbi for letting me know that I am Bnei Noach.  It probably was rude, but forgivable.  However, another Jew told me that he could guarantee the Jewish Nobel Laureate Elie Wiesel would never ever act that way, and that helped me feel better.

I once thought similarly like so many women that Jews had placed me in what was essentially in a lower caste.  I thought Jews idealized ideas such as never letting gentile slaves free, feeding people like me things that they found already dead, etc.  However, I didn’t give up my pursuit of Hashem with the Torah as my guide.  From what I found, I can tell women that given enough patience and in depth study, Torah guarantees us the “Thank Gd I am not a woman prayer,” or in my case the “Thank Gd I am not like the other man,” prayer won’t be bothersome.

What I don’t know is how each woman can find peace.  I am not a woman, and even greater; women are not alike.  I don’t claim to know how all men may find peace in Torah either!  Gd created us as individuals, each with something different to offer.  I don’t know how each person may find his or her inner peace from Torah study, but I can say with confidence that Gd loves it when people try to get to know Him better, and that inner peace is findable through unlocking the secrets of Torah.

In study, I too have reached incorrect conclusions.  There is that prayer, “Thank you for not making me like the other man.”  Can anyone empathize with my situation easier now?  Once, I too was angry.  I had misconceptions about how Jews were supposed to act toward gentiles.  Through study I learned that I was wrong about Torah and that G-d never calls for bigotry.  Instead, Jews are called to follow Abraham’s examples of lovingkindness and hospitality, and Moses’ example of compassion for animals.

I, myself, have found happiness as a gentile.  IMHO, Noah is the epitome of the spine of Torah.  The entire world laughed at him, and he had the spine not to assimilate!  God cleansed the world for the sake of one righteous man, Noah.  I won’t look down on him!

Being Careful with the G-d's Name on The Computer

My Q:  How do Jews treat hard drive ROM if it contains permanently stored sacred information?  Should it ever be deleted?  Should a name of Gd be saved if it is encoded in data?  We are careful with languages other than Hebrew.  Why would the readable language a computer processes be any different?  Some software is more powerful than other software when it comes to file deletion, which opens up a similar question: If the computer code for a word such as “Gd” enters a computer, is it okay to delete any of its sacred contents at all?  Perhaps, computers should be made more sacred by programming them to remember every key stroke, or use picture recognition to save words such as Gd, such that Gd never ends up deleted.  Even images of words in the refresh rate of a monitor could be saved.  Why not?

Rabbi's A:  t's an interesting question that was raised right when various forms of media were coming out. The general consensus of the Halachic authorities was that electronic information that needs to be opened, played, etc is not considered holy texts to the extent they can not be thrown away or deleted. (Once opened, etc. it should not be read/listened to in bathroom or similar place in which Torah is not allowed(

Is Humanity Innately Evil and In Need of the Forgiveness of Jesus?

It is bothersome when Christians focus on how bad they are, such that they proclaim how badly they need Jesus’ forgiveness. This is a mistake because when Hashem created us; He created us “Good.”

Genesis 1:31 (courtesy of www.chabad.org), “And God saw all that He had made, and behold it was very good, and it was evening and it was morning, the sixth day.”

That goodness did not fade away. The incident of Adam and Eve in Gan Eden does not mean that since then, humans have been hopelessly evil or wicked. Nowhere does Gd say something so disparaging as to say humanity, His creation, is evil. Quite the contrary as Isaiah teaches (60:21), “And your people, all of them righteous, shall inherit the land forever, a scion of My planting, the work of My hands in which I will glory.”

Focusing on the evils that are possible because Hashem has given us freewill is not even half the story.

Psalm 139 says, “For You created my mind; You covered me in my mother's womb. I will thank You, for I was formed in an awesome and wondrous way.”

We should take pride in ourselves and be thankful that we are Hashem’s creation, and not blaspheme it through constant proclamation of our iniquities. Truly, Hashem made us good, and our goodness out of the womb is a reflection of the wisdom He used to create each of us with when we were formed. Rather than focusing on our iniquities, we should be thankful for all that Hashem has given us.

Philanthropy - Should We Give Money to Charity? – Yes! - Every One of Us!

Even a pauper should give to charity.  The eminent capitalist philosopher Adam Smith believed that monetary systems would somehow be guided by an “invisible hand.”  According to Adam Smith, free market existence would essentially provide the same goodness for us that Gd provides.  He might as well have said that money is like God because the invisible hand, god which is money, has done away with the basic principle of religion; that it is necessary to give to charity.  Thus, Adam Smith believed that just given laissez faire capitalism, then charity would not be necessary.

"Every individual necessarily labours to render the annual revenue of the society as great as he can. Nor is it always the worse for society that it was no part of his intention. By pursuing his own interest he frequently promotes that of the society more effectually than when he really intends to promote it. I have never known much good done by those who affected to trade for the public good."

Adam Smith was wrong.  The monetary system of the world can be likened to the plumbing system of a vast building.  The belief that an invisible hand fixes all the plumbing isn’t true.  Real hands and active participation are required to fix both plumbing and monetary problems.  In order for the system to run, maintenance is often required.  The belief that laissez faire capitalism will take care of problems is akin to believing drains never clog.  We all know that in a given plumbing system, the drains can clog, so why would anyone conclude that the world’s monetary system isn’t similar?

Torah takes charity even further, suggesting that not only is His justice a part of this world, but that we are an extension of the hand of justice.  Ethics of Our Father's 3:13 (courtesy of www.chabad.org)

Rabbi Akiva would say: Jesting and frivolity accustom a person to promiscuity. Tradition is a safety fence to Torah, tithing a safety fence to wealth, vows a safety fence for abstinence; a safety fence for wisdom is silence.

To one whom has been given wealth, charity is paramount to keeping it!  Hashem commands us to participate in justice, such as charity because He likes it when we imitate His just and upright ways (Deuteronomy 28:9).  God sees to it that justice occurs, but we should hope for betterment greater than that through participation in religious activities, such as charity.  It is 

Hashem’s will that we give to charity, and this is what is promised in return (from Ethics of Our Fathers 4:9):

“Rabbi Jonathan would say: Whoever fulfills the Torah in poverty, will ultimately fulfill it in wealth; and whoever neglects the Torah in wealth, will ultimately neglect it in poverty.”

The Journey to Eden

Following our seemingly endless slavery in Egypt, on the way to a homeland I call Eden; we encountered a sea of hope, and faith.  The end was almost in sight, but we were unsure of ourselves.  We said, “What if Hashem abandons us?  What if this is all a fluke?”  We had seen miracles, but we had also experienced great horrors.  Indeed, we were scared.

We didn’t yet know if we could trust in Gd, and to this day some of us still question such things saying, “How can a loving and powerful Gd allow something such as the Holocaust?”

We need to dream or Gd can never part the sea for us.

We need Hashem, because nothing short of a miracle is what we should expect when we have the Author of the cosmos on our side.

Faith in Hashem's Providence

I am really liking Pandora. Today is my first day trying it because we now have internet. This stuff is so inspirational for me to practice while it is playing in the background. It has occurred to me that all this guitar practice may one day lead to a paying job. However, if I have one student who is successful, - even if it is learning only patterns that help with memory, not necessarily a gig - and has no money, I would take that over several students that were not serious, but padded my bank account. Gd is not money. Work with what you have, money or not, and I have a firm belief that anything is possible with faith.

When Hashem Gave His First Breath to the Cosmos

The cosmos became important when Gd's imparted His first breath to it. In the same way, a baby's first breath is considered what makes that baby a soulful being. This implies that Gd in some way grew up, and that is correct. Gd doesn’t know everything, and as time passes He learns more about the creation He authored.  In our lives, Gd gets to know us, such that we may even seem predictable. Gd's breath to the universe is the beginning of the soulful journey of the cosmos. Before the event of breath, a baby is not to be judged. Likewise, before the breath of Hashem the universe was without distinction.

DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and Faith

In study of “Dialectical Behavioral Therapy,” I find that DBT is relevant to faithfulness.  DBT understands that our mind is a product of reason and emotions.  Where reason and emotions overlap, there is wisdom to be found.

Faith that comes from the gut, loving-kindness, causes our hearts to ache for those without faith, as victory comes to those with faith.

Faith may also be rational, connecting to the Mind.  Faith explains why some live blessed and why some don’t.  Undersized, malnourished children, with bellies full of worms, AIDS, and malaria; such persons are charged with having to respect their ancestors, even though their ancestors are to blame.  Torah explains this horror.

Yet, my reality is such that when I experience something good, I give thanks.  I thank Gd for not making me like the other man.  Time, reason, tells me my reality will unfold according to Hashem’s blessings, because as though I am puffed up, the righteous will live by my kind of faith (Habakkuk 2:4), both Jew and gentile.

Don’t Underestimate Hashem. He is more powerful than rocks.

I have seen enough miracles to believe that we should not limit the power of Gd to work though us.  Does He not animate the entire universe, juggling the planets, and beyond?  I have seen related miracles to believe.

Once while doing carpentry I saw a power sander turn on without being plugged in or having batteries.  It scampered across the floor for seemingly no reason at all and freaked out the guy I was working with.

The same thing happened to me with a light at my apartment.  The light was completely unplugged, with no batteries and it turned on for seemingly no reason at all.

Once during a science experiment, my beaker literally jumped up off the hot plate and smashed into pieces in front of the entire class and to my dismay.

Another friend of mine can witness that almost completely inexplicably a vile start to move without any known stimulation.

These things may be possible to explain, but they aren't unlikely, just as Gd probably won’t pick up a boulder though He may.

Because of Hashem, I Have Endless Hope

I love that I have hope through faith. I have faith that we can do things even so great that we can change the weather for better through good deeds, including faith. My Gd is an awesome G-d of which there is no feat that He can’t accomplish, and I am grateful He allows me access to some of His power. Life has taught me that faith and keeping Hashem’s commands is the pathway to paradise on earth. It is beyond me why anyone would doubt this, given what I have seen happen in my life.

Hashem has performed many miracles in my life, such that I believe that there is nothing I can’t accomplish through Him. Hashem has always answered my greatest prayers and I have no reason to believe that He will stop answering them, provided that I delight in the Lord. Being married with children is an awesome feat that I have accomplished through Hashem. I have the best wife and child on earth. Additionally, through Hashem I have experienced great healing, and this healing is one of the reasons why it may seem that being married with my wife, and having a son may have seemed like a modest goal, but to me it is a real one; huge that is. Back when I was suffering for years on end I used to pray to no avail, as I did not pray to Gd, that he would even grant me a gift so small, as it may seem to others, the gift of being able to hear two people in conversation. Thus, it is such that when I had faith in Hashem, I experienced great healing. Now it is easy for me to hear such a conversation, as Hashem worked through a doctor who was able to heal me.

Even still with all that I have accomplished, I believe even greater things will come into my life. As far as it concerns me the goals that I have already mentioned where so great that they were as far as the east is from the west. Who knows, I have seen such amazing things happen in my life to me, that maybe I will conquer another goal, to live forever, as Hashem has taught me that no dream is too big to dream.

Faith, Fear and Trembling

Maybe I am not talking about Judaism, but I think I am in this article.  Fear and faith seem forever entwined in this world that Gd has made for us.  This is even healthy, and the way creation is meant to be.  That’s what the author of Philippians tells us, which does make me question the authenticity of this blog.

My idea of Hashem is that, He, The Blessed Be He, is as a nice man who out of curiosity likes to pick us humans up as if we are chickens in the coop.  Hashem enjoys our trembling as we pursue our salvation.

Haughty hearts Hashem despises.  People curse their situations when they should sacrifice all negativity that they may have toward Hashem and just trust that He has our best interests in mind provided that we observe and do the things required of us in Torah.  Judgment of Gd is a pathway to hell.

   

Utopian Atheism: A Threat to an Age of Peace

One of the greatest threats I see to entry to the Messianic age, what is referred to as the 1,000 years, in the book of Revelation, is the idea of the noble atheist.  “Noble atheists” don’t believe in Gd because they see everything that is bad that has happened in history as the result of human faith; things such as the Crusades, the Inquisition, and more recently the Holocaust.  IMHO these horrors have everything to do with Gd, and that there are winners and losers.  The righteous receive rewards.  The wicked are eventually punished or cut off.

The concept “noble atheist” is the idea that if we could just rid humanity of god or God in every way, because there is not Gd according to atheists, then we could achieve some sort of utopia.  This is the ideal to atheists that is unlike other utopias in that it is more like what atheists might term normal living through not associating Gd to life’s ups and downs.

My fellow friends, this is not what Gd wants for us and I don’t believe that He will tolerate all noble atheists, as some of these people, like Christopher Hitchens, will probably just grow angrier and angrier at Gd until their punishments become unbearable, leading them to death.  They won’t even know that the stones thrown from the heavens, nor their followers know that the stones thrown at them from the heavens are due to their deeds because they have wronged the Almighty.

Eventually, Gd will not tolerate the idea of the noble atheist, except for maybe the secular humanist, because these people are cut off from Gd’s word, the Bible.  As Ravi Zacharias said, “Without the Bible, the world would be without a compass.”  Now I know he, Ravi, is a Christian.  However, there are a lot of Christians that do a lot right, and just a little wrong.  I know that I have associated Christianity as being one of the great evils of our world, and that Hashem is the only answer to Christianity, but that is not to say nothing good ever came from Christianity.  Hopefully, Christians will come to see that Judaism is the only way, and that Jesus does not represent, “The way, the truth and the life,” at all for Talmud includes, “Jesus is in hell where he is boiling in hot excrement.”

A Question For the Rabbi; Can There Be Jewishness Without Moses and Aaron? Would There Have Been Jewishness If Not For Moses and Aaron?

The question: "I doubt that there is some sort of cosmic vibration that a Jewish mother's womb gives off that makes her offspring Jewish.
It seems that the vehicle for transmission of the Jewish message is patriarchal, the way Ethics of Our Fathers seems to indicate.  For example, 1:1 "Moses received the Torah from Sinai and gave it over to Joshua. Joshua gave it over to the Elders, the Elders to the Prophets, and the Prophets gave it over to the Men of the Great Assembly..."

I was told by the Rabbi that while educational tradition is passed down by the father.  The essence is passed on by the mother.

"The Torah explicitly forbids intermarriage. The source is in Deuteronomy 7:3-4,

I personally admit to my audience.  I have committed idolatry.  I don't even necessarily think it was my fault, as I didn't know any better.  Possibly, it was because my father instructed me in faithless science.  Chemical imbalance caused me to be hyper-sexual for which my dad did turn my head to the wrong direction, suggesting masturbation is good.  The Bible says however, "And, they will worship the gods of others," and that much does not describe me.  I committed idolatry, but refrain from worship because I believe my idol to be horrible and that I would die if I believed in her.  So, I fled.  I moved much the same way where if someone has committed murder moves to a city of refuge, according to biblical command.  When I committed idolatry, Hashem intervened and to His surprise I suddenly believed in the Gd of the Israel.  My life has never been the same, as I have received both forgiveness and blessing from Hashem.  The only hint that mom is Jewish is that she told me never to lie.

3rd Criticism of Intelligent Design: It is not obvious that Gd is involved in creating us from nothing.

Yah is a spark of divine wisdom that creates the idea of the universe incomplete as if the universe is an idea in the mind of Gd, as we humans may create ideas without bounded form in our mind. For instance, the mathematical concept of infinity was created by a human. Elokim is as the vessel that is the body for the creativity, housing the divine image, making it conform to the rules of the universe.

An idea is as pure electricity. It is a bolt of lightning within the mind. It's body is exceedingly light in weight despite the power of the bolt. It has virtually no mass, and is almost completely Yah. An example of these bolts of lightning in our mind is that for example, Gd has given each of his holy ones an image of the Temple in Jerusalem.  We see this image in our minds eye because it has been given to us by Hashem.

Conversely, for every heavenly idea, and for every heavenly idea implemented there is a converse sefirot that would be ungodly ideas in the mind of Gd, and unGodly ideas, such as ideas of perhaps new ways to package pornography. These horrible ideas are also in the mind of Gd though these people are sinners. They must atone for their sins. Yet, Gd is tolerant of horrible ideas, ideas which are the converse of love in the heavenly spirit.

So, we see the tolerance of Gd negating Hashem's good and upright ways.  We wish he could speak to us before it is too late, or before we are to old.  Yet, so many of us have bought the ideas of false gods, especially in these times, the Christian gods (God the Son, God The Father, and God the Holy Spirit), as Jesus was certainly not Gd, and was a good teacher at best, but was most likely the anti-christ.

We wonder why can't Gd save all of us, and why can't we all go to heaven?  Wouldn't a loving G-d want that for us?  Yet, there is no escape from Hashem.  We can not escape him even in the grave, and this is because Gd must bring us to our lowest low before we are ready to accept His divine plan, which is the complete opposite as his plan for tolerance of sin.  The aim is that through presenting us with His maze, the universe, that we will all come to worship him and do good for the sake of Hashem, fearing him reverently.
