Jesus, messiah-king of Edom

Looking to Genesis ch. 27, both Esau and Jacob were blessed to compete for royal positions by their father Isaac.  Isaac gave Israel a greater blessing than Edom, and thus it is such that we should not abhor Edomites.

I understand Jesus as a messiah-king of Edom, and those who were nobles in medieval Europe all had Edomite genealogies stemming from the Royal House of Troy.  Many agree that the followers of Judaism had terrible times then.  Things are different now.  Already many have said, "This is a good time to be a Jew."  I am hoping that the next 1,000yrs brings prosperous Jewish dynasties, like the reign of Solomon and David 3,000yrs ago.

Maybe there are 1,000yr Gregorian calendar cycles?  And, if there is a Jewish messiah-king, then it could spell the end of the myths of Jesus and his adamant followers.  Count me in!

The following blog describes how I am immersed in Torah, which is a command of the Bible.

Genesis Chapter 36:(5) and Oholibamah bore Jeush, and Jalam, and Korah. These are the sons of Esau, that were born unto him in the land of Canaan.

I was born an Edomite.  Additionally, I belong to Haplogroup I, which is, according to the Jews of the Middle Ages, the Haplogroup of Edom.  For example, the Jews often depicted the rulers of Europe in the Middle Ages as Edom.  Like Edomites, I was wicked, but it wasn’t my fault.  Nowhere in Torah does it say that wickedness is the fault of the child.  However, when I was 21, I encountered Gd, and he spoke to me, and I repented.  When I repented, it was revealed to me that I had a dietary issue where it was that eating certain foods caused me to be wicked.  The test was performed by the Great Plains Laboratory under the supervision of Dr. Greenblatt, and the results were that I had opiates that came from eating both gluten or casein, such that if I cut out these foods, my sense of myself as being a wicked person was removed.

(14) And these were the sons of Oholibamah the daughter of Anah, the daughter of Zibeon, Esau's wife; and she bore to Esau Jeush, and Jalam, and Korah.

As a youngster, Korah had a chief.

 (18) And these are the sons of Oholibamah Esau's wife: the chief of Jeush, the chief of Jalam, the chief of Korah. These are the chiefs that came of Oholibamah the daughter of Anah, Esau's wife.

Exodus 6: (21) And the sons of Izhar: Korah, and Nepheg, and Zichri.

Thus, Korah was a Cohenim.  I should note that after a few generations Edomites are permitted to be in the assembly of Jews.  My grandfather had become interested in being a Jew, and now as the generations of time have worn on, it is okay for me to be in an assembly of Jews.  For example, twice I attended service at Cape Cod Synagogue.  However, I feel Orthodox is a better denomination than Reform.  There is no reason for me to convert as, my family is Christian, though I am not Christian, such that I could not hope to have a Jewish child, because Jewishness is matrilineal.

First Chronicles Chapter 6:(3) And the sons of Kohath were Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.

Korah had sons that went to Egypt, where sons are not necessarily genetic, but are raised by a father.

(24) And the sons of Korah: Assir, and Elkanah, and Abiasaph; these are the families of the Korahites.

Numbers Chapter 16 describes the rebellion of Korah against Moses.

As a result:

(32) And the earth opened her mouth and swallowed them up, and their households, and all the men that appertained unto Korah, and all their goods.

Many died as a result of what happened to Korah.  I believe that my leaving of New Jersey after having committed idolatry, as the Torah says my father would turn my head away such that I believed in a false G-d, and I did though I realized my mistake in having committed idolatry, such that I moved to a new locality and I repented.  It was amazing that I lived after calling 9-11.  I am suspicious that my having committed idolatry and calling 9-11  resulted in the 9/11 terrorism.  However, I am not proud of that incident, and wish that 9/11 never happened.  However, when I was sick and called 9-11, I was glad that G-d visited me, and I immediately repented from my idolatry and worshiped YHVH, who spoke to me as I AM. 

Numbers 17:(14) Now they that died by the plague were fourteen thousand and seven hundred, besides them that died about the matter of Korah.

However, the sons of Korah, the ones that where loyal to him as a father did not die. 

Numbers 26: (11) Notwithstanding the sons of Korah died not.

Korah becomes a Levitical clan, where Levites are spread out throughout the world.

Numbers 26:(58) These are the families of Levi: the family of the Libnites, the family of the Hebronites, the family of the Mahlites, the family of the Mushites, the family of the Korahites. And Kohath begot Amram.

Many great songs are associable with the Korahites.

The Book of Jeush: Edomite Salvation Via Teshuvah - Benjaminite, Judahite, and Levite

Genesis 36:(4) And Adah bore to Esau Eliphaz; and Basemath bore Reuel; (5) and Oholibamah bore Jeush, and Jalam, and Korah. These are the sons of Esau, that were born unto him in the land of Canaan. 1:1 Different mothers give birth to someone named Jeush, as we will find, such that we can know that with respect to motherhood, Jeush’s mother is probably not very influential, such that conversions may come. One of them is listed above, and it is such that Jeush is a son of Esau, and therefore an Edomite. Later we find that Jeush though possibly an Edomite, may appear as an Israelite, and belong to even Levitical clans. But, what we can learn from this is that Jeush will become an Israelite through a sort of rebirth in his lifetime. This is the sort of man who is born one way, and through teshuvah is able to undergo such change that he can live another way that is righteous. 1st Chronicles 7:(6) The sons of Benjamin: Bela, and Becher, and Jediael, three. (7) And the sons of Bela: Ezbon, and Uzzi, and Uzziel, and Jerimoth, and Iri, five; heads of fathers' houses, mighty men of valour; and they were reckoned by genealogy twenty and two thousand and thirty and four. (8) And the sons of Becher: Zemirah, and Joash, and Eliezer, and Elioenai, and Omri, and Jeremoth, and Abijah, and Anathoth, and Alemeth. All these were the sons of Becher. (9) And they were reckoned by genealogy, after their generations, heads of their fathers' houses, mighty men of valour, twenty thousand and two hundred. (10) And the sons of Jediael: Bilhan; and the sons of Bilhan: Jeush, and Benjamin, and Ehud, and Chenaanah, and Zethan, and Tarshish, and Ahishahar. 1:2 The very nature of belonging to the tribe of Benjamin suggest that Jeush is neither righteous, nor a sinner, but a moderate person because Benjamin translates to a moderate. Moderates are folks that do not sin, but are unable to fully eradicate their sinful inclinations. Hopefully, this is but a step in the journey. 1st Chronicles 8:(39) And the sons of Eshek his brother: Ulam his firstborn, Jeush the second, and Eliphelet the third. (40) And the sons of Ulam were mighty men of valour, archers; and had many sons, and sons' sons, a hundred and fifty. All these were of the sons of Benjamin. 1:3 Here Jeush is listed again as a Benjaminite, where the genealogy is given in reverse order, ending with Benjamin, suggesting that Jeush is never fully able to repent as a Benjaminite, meaning that though he is Jewish, he will still be a sinner, suggesting the necessity of this essay’s verse in 2nd Chronicles which suggests that Jeush will be able to achieve the righteousness, which is required for complete salvation. Therefore, Jeush shall be saved too according to 2nd Chronicles! 2nd Chronicles 11:(18) And Rehoboam took him a wife, Mahalath the daughter of Jerimoth the son of David, and of Abihail the daughter of Eliab the son of Jesse; (19) and she bore him sons: Jeush, and Shemariah, and Zaham. 1:4 This is not the Jeush who was the son of Esau because this is the second time, “and she bore him,” occurs. Thus, it is not the mother or the father that makes Jeush who he is, but rather his actions, which draw him to belong to Edom, which is to be destroyed, or that he be an Israelite that shall be saved. 1:5 However, from the books of Chronicles we can learn that Jeush is among the Edomites that will likely repent, such that the verse, “And so all Israel shall be saved,” will come true. 1st Chronicles 23:(7) Of the Gershonites: Ladan, and Shimei. (8) The sons of Ladan: Jehiel the chief, and Zetham, and Joel, three. (9) The sons of Shimei: Shelomith, and Haziel, and Haran, three. These were the heads of the fathers' houses of Ladan. (10) And the sons of Shimei: Jahath, Zina, and Jeush, and Beriah. These four were the sons of Shimei. 1:6 Finally, someone who is immersed as the word Jeush may also become a Levite, but this is probably only late in life, as Gershon belongs to one of the Levitical clans of which Shimai is a family that counts Jeush as a son. Genesis 36:(18) And these are the sons of Oholibamah Esau's wife: the chief of Jeush, the chief of Jalam, the chief of Korah. These are the chiefs that came of Oholibamah the daughter of Anah, Esau's wife. 1:7 Though not recommended, Jeush is also a chief Edomite at some point in his life. If he is not that way, then he can’t be Jeush.

Edomite Conversions, such as Korah, Especially Edomites other than Azariah, Zerah, and Jeush

By this we can say that among both Edom and Israel there are both the righteous and the wicked [for example, Er was Judah’s wicked son], and that when united as the nation of Abraham, we can expect some very positive commixing, such that perhaps Jews need not fear every intermarriage that happens via ancestry, as it is such that some with ancestry of Edom will be as Jews according to Torah. As Edom ruled in the Middle Ages, and many ancestries of Kings, often called Edom by the Jews, if one has an ancestry to such a King, even an Edomite King, we may expect that this is a union that Gd approves of. In the Hebrew Torah names are chemical formulas for people. With the three verse of this blog, we see that Korah was indeed accepted as a priestly Edomite though perhaps with distaste among the Jews. However, as it is stated, “And your people are all righteous; they shall inherit the land forever. They are the shoot of my planting, the work of My hands, in which I take pride. (Sanhedrin 11:1).” Edomites will have the option of converting. Secondly, we know that by name Israel's offspring is righteous, and that Edomites sometimes carry these names such that Edomites may also be righteous, and intermarriage need not be feared. Firstly, Korah is listed as an Edomite. First Chronicles Chapter 1 (35) The sons of Esau: Eliphaz, Reuel, and Jeush, and Jalam and Korah. Secondly, Korah is listed as a Judahite. First Chronicles Chapter 2 (43) And the sons of Hebron: Korah, and Tappuah, and Rekem, and Shema. Thirdly, Korah is listed as a Cohenim, meaning a priest where priests are descendents of Kohath). First Chronicles Chapter 6 (7) The sons of Kohath: Amminadab his son, Korah his son, Assir his son; Another Edomite that possibly converts is Nahath who is firstly listed as an Edomite, but then in Chronicles 6 as a priest. First Chronicles Chapter 1 (37) The sons of Reuel: Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah. First Chronicles Chapter 6 (11) As for Elkanah: the sons of Elkanah: Zophai his son, and Nahath his son; Still another Edomite that possibly converts to Judaism is Kenaz. As an Edomite: First Chronicles Chapter 1 (36) The sons of Eliphaz: Teman, and Omar, Zephi, and Gatam, Kenaz, and Timna, and Amalek. As a Judahite: First Chronicles Chapter 4 (15) And the sons of Caleb the son of Jephunneh: Iru, Elah, and Naam; and the sons of Elah: Kenaz. And, still another Edomite the possibly converts to Judaism, Shobal. As an Edomite: First Chronicles Chapter 1 (38) And the sons of Seir: Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah, and Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan. As a Judahite: First Chronicles Chapter 2 (50) These were the sons of Caleb. The sons of Hur the first-born of Ephrath: Shobal the father of Kiriath-jearim; Therefore, because there are so many, I deem the list sufficient to prove the point, without searching out the other names given in the Chronicles.

6th Craig: Of Me and Edom - A Comment Made to Chabad.org on Why Do Rabbis Discourage Conversions? by Aaron Moss

I talked to a very nice laid back Rabbi. I informed him that my ancestry goes back to Edom, as in the Middle Ages Jews referred to the kings of these times as Edom. He was nice and didn’t turn me away. We both agreed that Edom did have righteous men. Without correction I mentioned that the names of people in Torah are like chemical formulas for what these people are like and Zerah is listed among Edom as a chief, while Zerah is also a son of Judah by Tamar. Thus, Zerah is righteous because, "for all your people are righteous (Sanhedrin)." Another example of an Edomite mentioned both as being of Edom and of Israel is Jeush. I would think that the predicted destruction of Edom in the prophets means that those righteous in Edom will either convert (to Judaism) or be slayed.

7th and 8th Zerah: Viking Zerahites and Milesian Zerahites in Scotland, Azariah Patriarch of the Scots

1:1  Regarding Israel as the center (Talmud) helps find the extremities of the earth.  Israelites at times will be scattered to the earth’s ends (Deuteronomy 28:64).  Thus, Norway, Scotland and Ireland should be examined for lost Israelite tribes.

 1:2  Before I have talked about the following members Genetic Haplogroup I1 migrated from the Middle East to Norway (Wikipedia: Haplogroup I1), becoming the Vikings.  This was not the Milesians because the Milesians took a different route, through Spain.  We can be sure that the Viking migration occurred recently for three reasons. 

1:2a  The first is that in Norway, Middle Eastern runes were discovered that are not dated to BCE (David K. Faux).

1:2b.  The second is of course the evidence of DNA via the Y chromosome.

1:2c  Third, in written ancestries, Viking rulers descend from Dara (Dardanus [Iliad] founder of the Royal House of Troy), son of Zerah (Zeus [Iliad]) of the tribe of Judah/Jupiter (First Chronicles, Persian mythology) through Minon (Langfedgatal), who is Memnon (Theogony, Hesiod) son of Tithonus (The Trojan Women, Euripides), son of Laomedon (Iliad) of the Royal House of Troy in mythology.  This line migrated away from Israel when Chaldean Magi (plural) came from the Persian Empire c. 50 CE, met Jesus in Israel and took a different route home (Gospel of Matthew) and ended up in Northern Europe (Poetic Edda).  This lineage below is given by John D. Keyser of Hope of Israel Ministries (Temple City, CA), where the fact that Jacob father of Judah is Saturnus of Krit is also defended:

ODIN claimed to be a kind of lord, or savior, and laid claim to being THE SHEAF represented in Leviticus 23:9-14 ,as symbolically referring to the MESSIAH!” - THE TROJAN ORIGINS OF EUROPEAN ROYALTY!

2:1   Despite the Viking migration of Haplotype H, Herman L. Hoeh tells us, Azariah, son of Ethan, son of Zerah (First Chronicles) is a Scottish patriarch. 

2:2  There is also another unlikely proposed lineage that traces those in that Hamilton clan of Scotland, 2^nd only to the Stewart clan among the Scottish Highlanders, that possess the Haplogroup I1, to Norway and the Middle East (Google: Hamilton DNA Project).

2:3  The unlikely groups is as follows: some sources say King Bernard “Le Danios” whose ancestors would have been the Vikings, is the progenitor of the House of Beaumont in France (BIHallchamps_Beaumont_.pdf [available on the internet]) and the House of Harcourt in Germany (Wikipedia: King Bernard Le Danois).  Because fatherhood often results in the passing down of Y chromosomes that Dara and Azariah would be both Haplogroup I1 makes sense, after all First Chronicles lists them both (Dara and Azariah) as coming from the tribe of Judah.

2:4  Historically, the Scottish Highlanders haven’t eaten pork until the last hundred years (www.britam.org [quotes several sources]), are brutish (John of Fordun, 1380 CE) indicating their Edomite heritage, are technological inventors [ex. A Scot invented television], and the royals use lion symbolism; all earmarks of Zerahites.  Some are also Haplogroup I1.  The ancestry matches too!

2:5  Herman Hoeh tells us that Azariah is a patriarch of the Scots, “The line of Mileadh, in Irish records, properly begins with Easru in Egypt. The name Easru is Old Irish for Ezra or Azariah,” and, “The previous volume of the Compendium established the significant

fact that the symbol of the line of Easru and Mileadh was the Crimson

or Red Branch -- signifying the royal line Zarah, Judah's son (Genesis

38:30),” (Compendium of World History Vol. 2, Herman L. Hoeh).

2:6  Hoeh also gives the line of Judah that that was Israelite (1 Chronicles 2:8), king (1 Chronicles 3:12), high priest (1 Chronicles 5:35), and Levite (1 Chronicles 6:21) that left from Ireland to Scotland.

2:7  In this case the lineage of Mileadh is the priestly connection that the Scots have to the Israelites.

1st Zerah: Who is Zerah? What are the Zerahites?

Ethics of our Fathers 6:3 He who learns from his companion one section, or one canon, or one verse, or one word, (or) even one letter, is bound to do him honour; for thus we find with David king of Israel, who learned not from Achithophel but two things only, that he called him his master, his guide, and his acquaintance,

The Bible mentions several Zerahs, or does it? Zerah’s name appears in many ancestries in not only the Torah, but the entire Tanach. The Tanach is the Jewish Bible. It does not include the New Testament. This essay is purely speculative.

Genesis 36:16 is the first appearance of the name Zerah. He is mentioned as the son of the Edomite, “Reuel.”

Genesis 36:13 And these are the sons of Reuel: Nahath, and Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah. These were the sons of Basemath Esau's wife.

That Esau took her as a wife indicates that Basemath was indeed an Abrahamite. The Torah says that Basemath was the daughter of Ishmael (Genesis 36:3). Ishmael was the firstborn of Abraham’s sons. Basemath was also the wife of Esau. That makes Zerah in the third generation. First there was Esau, the brother of Jacob. Next there was Reuel, the son of Esau. Last there was Zerah, the son of Reuel, but was this an adoption? Zerah is also the third generation from Jacob. Generation one was Jacob. Generation 2 was Judah. In generation 3 was Zerah (Generation 38:30). In fact, it is mentioned that Tamar bore Zerah (Genesis 38:27-30). However, if this is the same Zerah, his earmarks were that he had affiliations with both the Edomites and the Ishmaelites. What I suggest is that these two supposed Zerahs are the same person that became the clan of the Zerahites. In fact, though Tamar bore Zerah, he was first mothered by Basemath. But, Zerah carries the paternal Y chromosome of Judah conferring the scepter, but due to a conversion he was both an Edomite and a Judahite, and had associations with Ishmaelites. That is that he was mothered by two tribes. So far, I suggest all Zerahites are mothered by two tribes, both Ishmaelite and Judahite, and fathered by two tribes Edomite and Judahite.

It is thought that the marks of an Edomite in today’s society might be such as joining the military. In fact, my father showed military aptitude and served his nation as a Captain in the military elite Special Forces. However, he also possessed some of the earmarks of Jacob as well, as he became a public school teacher. The earmarks of Jacob would be study. Furthermore, I possess the Y chromosome of a Regent, indicating the association of the scepter with my family. Besides the Stewarts, the Hamilton’s are the second noblest clan in Scotland. I mention this because several ancestries of mine go back to Zeus. It is thought that Zeus is a fictional name for the Zerahites.

Additionally, Numbers 26:13 mentions a Zerah of the Israelite tribe of Simon. This is thought to be a third conversion of Zerah, and it is a lifetime journey for each Zerahite to undergo slavery and a wondering in the desert, converting to the tribe of Simon shortly after slavery. First a Zerahite is an Edomite, then he is also a Judahite, and then he is also a Simonite. How can this be? I reason that Abrahamites intermingle. In fact, I suggest that the nation of Abraham is in fact the inhabitants of the USA. What Zerahites end up doing is starting to master Torah, and that this is the way of life for them. This is not to say all Zerahites are righteous (Joshua 7:1). Yet, this is not a call for all people to intermingle. However, some intermingling is thought to be a part of the Torah.

There are yet other occurrences of Zerah of the Bible, but not in the Torah. The book of Ezra knows of a Zerahiah (7:1), whom had also converted to the tribe of Levi. It is not clear if Zerahiah and Zerah are both Zerahites, and this is a place where I need more research. This should be less of a surprise than it really is. Jacob declares Simonites and Levites are a pair (Genesis 49:5), so it would be natural for such a conversion to take place. Additionally, the book of Chronicles lets us know that the Zerahiah of Ezra was of the line of Aaron, and is thus a Cohenim, or a candidate for being the high priest (5:32). Evidence of this would be obeying the command of a Cohen gadol to only marry virgins. Lastly, yet another conversion is made to the Levite clan of Gershon (Chronicles 6:6). What else would you expect from a politician other than affiliations with the various divisions of the clans of Abraham?

2 Chronicles 14:8 lastly mentions “Zerah the Ethiopian.” Perhaps, this individual was a Zerahite, as we know Zeus had African descendents through the Royal House of Thebes through Io, such that Pharoah of the Book of Exodus was probably an African Zerahite, as the scepter of Judah is not reported to have been removed during the enslavement of the Israelites. Zerah the Ethiopian was probably a descendant of Pharoah, such that all the Israelites did not leave during the Exodus, but some of the tribe of Judah remained behind and ruled there. All the attacking Ethiopians where mentioned as having been slain, but this is not to say that all the African Zerahites were on this military campaign. This was during the kingship of Asa, which was after 1,000 BCE, but before CE. Therefore, it should be understood that the word Zerah occurs over the course of thousands of years. There was probably an original founding member. However, this person was probably not Zerah the Ethiopian. Rather, Zerah should be thought of as the Zerahites. And, as they are not mentioned as having died in the JPS Bible, Zerahites are probably still around today. It is thought that when in 167 BCE, when a statue of Zeus was placed in the Holy of Holies it mystically led to Zerahites also being considered Cohenim, and the changing of the name of Zerah to Zerahiah, as only the High Priest is permitted to enter this sacred place. This radical change of Zerah to Zerahiah.

If the legends of Zeus are true, then we should also expect a Zerahite to have relations with Asians as well. Zeus is recorded to have married Europa, an Asian. This was a source for Asiatic nobility. Though I believe most Ishmaelites are currently Muslim, I am currently unsure who the Asians are in the Torah. This is a topic for further research. Personally, I have had relationships with Asians most of my life, as well as some Africans, Jews and Ishmaelites.

Craig Hamilton“Who is Zerah? What are the Zerahites?” (October 2010). - There is not necessarily a Zerahite Y chromosome. However, if there is one then it is almost certainly Haplogroup I1. Thus, part of the blog is incorrect, as it was made on the assumption that because Tamar reportedly “bore” Zerah unto Judah, that this meant Zerah had a copy of Judah’s Y chromosome.
