Another possibility is not K, but S, where Craig is actually a permutation of Serug, or Seeraig.  It is possible to arrive at Serug, because of one of the articles at chabad.org in the yearly Parshah Noach Torah reading, says that with respect to the flood story, the floodgates of the sky broke actually broke open in the beginning of an industrial revolution dated 1840CE-25 or 1815CE.  That is 1840 was the  expected by chabad, according to the Zohar, but 1815 was the actual date.  Based upon 4 generations of my family, the chabad calendar is also questionable, meaning that 600^th year of Noah’s life equals 1840CE-25.  Following the line of Shem, the flood date, and birthdays, that would make me Serug.    Likewise, documentation shows that this pattern of birthdays has held true for 4 patriarchal generations.  Sometimes it does not matter to me personally as to whether or not I am considered a Jew, so Serug or Korah makes difference to me.  Given this estimate, that at least makes me a Hebrew, where Eber was the first Hebrew.

Ger vs. Bnei Isreal an "Ism" unto Itself

Trying to ascertain the Talmudic castes: whether or not someone is a goi, a ger, bnei Israel, or a Cohen is a "Ism" unto itself. I imagine many mistakes are made. It would make more sense to simply answer the question, "Who is a Jew?" with "One that says they are a Jew." That is the position Felix Posen took at Jpost.com (Aug 13, 2009). So much time is spent on, "Who is a Jew?" a matter of birth rather than ethic. I would suggest that if more time was spent on ethic, Bnei Noach would walk out the door, and no mistakes would be made ascertaining, "Who is a Jew?"  Posted By Craig Hamilton, Sandwich

What is Orthodox, but taking religion and history more seriously than another denomination? Every Jew should study Orthodox Judaism. In the manner of study, I believe Orthodox Judaism is better, but I don't believe it is practical that a minority of Jews should be able claim monopoly on conversion. This hypocrisy becomes apparent in the Law of Return for Israeli citizenship that accepts Reform conversions, as Orthodox Jews deny them at the synagogue. Good enough to be Israeli, but not good enough to be Orthodox is a contradiction. It follows that Israeli law is for practice, but Orthodox law is for study.  Posted By Craig Hamilton, Sandwich

Quasi-Jewish Is Not a Lie

All the indicators say that there is such a thing as quasi-Jewish, only the Orthodox minority denominations have the audacity to say quasi-Jewish is a lie. Gentiles commonly circumcise their young, and perform other Jewish mitzvahs. The 613 and the rabbinical commands are kosher for anyone, and it is hardly a tragedy if a gentile doesn’t properly perform a Jewish mitzvah. In the melting pot of America, Judaism is no longer as separate from other nations as it has been. Jews that don’t recognize “quasi-Jewish (more than Noah tzedeks)” are hijacking Judaism. Of course Jewish and Jewishness can exist as they have, but quasi-Jewish should be accepted for those people that feel a strong association with the Jewish tribe, but haven't been in the mikvah.  Posted By Craig Hamilton, Sandwich, MA

One thing that doesn't sit well with me is that the Torah is bigoted to gentiles. For example, there is the Law to feed or sell something that dies of itself to a gentile. To me it wouldn't make any sense for me to eat that, as I keep kosher as much as possible. It does not bother me that this I do this of my own will and that it is not something that G-d ordained. I am not alone either, masses of people think like me, but don't use the word. For example, many people would support humane slaughter of meat if they knew that is part of what kosher means. 2. Personally, its not fun study for me to study as Bnei Noach, as if I should find joy knowing that as a gentile I need not be set free from slavery by the Torah. If that's not bigotry I don't know what is! On the other hand, I don't believe immersing in the mikvah will help me become a more ethical person. Yet, I study Judaism because there is so much good ethics! I hope not to throw out the baby with the bathwater. 

Religious Vote

Becoming Jewish should be like voter registration, quick and easy. I happen to be a Democrat. It wouldn't make me a better, more loyal, or more dedicated Democrat if the law made it harder to become a Democrat. The only thing that would happen is that there would be fewer Democrats, since it would be especially hard to register to this party. You probably even lose pro Jewish people this way. In my opinion, it just creates more confusion when people aren't able to join the political party or religion of their choice easily. Everytime a Rabbi tells me that I am not a Jew, I feel as if I, a Democrat, were handed the Republican primary ticket, and denied my proper chance to vote in the primary of my choice.  Posted By Craig Hamilton, Sandwich, MA

What's with downplaying key Democrats?

What good is a brain without any muscle? Jews need both. I agree that their is no smart choice in politics, but yet some really smart people have been Democrats, and in fact this makes joining the Democratic Party a good idea. Bill Clinton's IQ is over 160. People here are arguing as if Bill Clinton's intelligence or even still others that the condition of his heart is related to the difficulty his conversion to the Democratic Party. Jewishness shouldn't be an issue of brains, soul, or muscle, but a combination of these things. Some people say that converts blow away Jews by birth in observance. That is a horrible tone. However, the Talmud does say, “How much more sincere the heart of the convert?” A convert should feel connected to the Jewish people, not better. Also, converts should expect some exclusion because most Jews are cousins. We tend to be more altruistic toward people with similar genetics. Read the Richard Dawkins book The Selfish Gene. Oppression would give you a whole new perspective. Moses was the most oppressed prophet, and that helped him to be compassionate even toward animals. If you believe Jews are elite, or that converts are better, you should compare your ideas to that of the Baal Shem Tov. He taught humans were no greater than worms. Biology tells us that our ancient ancestors were worms. Jewishness is not about belonging to an elite group. Read Habakkuk 2:4, and see how puffed up some of these commentators are. As the number of laws given in the Torah increases, the average life expectancy of a patriarch goes down. And, before you get on your high horse and knock the age of people like Methusaleh or Serug as being mystical or something like that, understand that there are people that today live to be the ages of the patriarchs in the Bible and especially how absurd this would probably seem to someone living in the Dark Ages whose life expectancy was only 25. That the ages we attain in modernity are possible is yet another example (like the technological revolution) that we are sampling the soup prior to the age of Mosiach. In fact, I read the other day that a baby born today has a 50% chance of living to be 100yrs old. Righteous gentile doesn't sit well with me. I love the Torah for the most part, but parts of it don't sit well with me. To me this makes me quasi-Jewish because I never sealed the deal and I have no plan to.

1. That's interesting that you deny quasi, as if G-d never created a hermaphrodite or something similar. Why can't quasi be a level? For me, quasi or shades of grey is how I see most things. Take for instance chemicals in chemistry, all have a purity rating.

I disagree that the idea of quasi has to become one thing or another and that it is the anti-thesis of Torah. The world is ripe with quasi-Jews looking for a place to socialize. This is partly due to how popular the Tanach is and literacy. Consider how many people support Israel and how unpopular Christian fundamentalism is in the highly educated North East. Many people not classified as Jews are hungry for a religion that is both about a Jewish G-d and contains the ethic of the Law of Moses. I believe if such a religion were started, then it could last the test of time even if members never officially converted to Judaism because in my experience it is not the Tanach holding people back, but it is Jewish culture that seems a little scary.

What It Means to Be Chosen – It’s in the Torah

“Chosen,” doesn’t reflect whether or not one is choosing, but reflects that one has the burden of having been chosen for something by Gd.  Exodus is clear that the Jews were chosen by Gd to receive the Torah.  That Jews have Torah means that Jews have a tremendous money maker, and a burden.  The Bible is the all-time best seller among all books.  Because the Bible is such a tremendous money maker, it usually means that Jews have an easier time becoming wealthy, and likewise usually Jews are noted as having superior digit spanning intelligence required for financial calculations.  The problem is that some Jews do not realize their full power, which has caused the martyrdom of some very useful people through denial of finances due to lesser digit spanning capability.  That is, when people start getting martyred because they can’t do financial math though they have much to contribute, then when the Jews have financial power a manslaughter occurs, such that the Jews are asked to relocate.

1st Chabad

Chabad is an anachronism for chochmah (wisdom), binah (understanding, and dat (knowledge or data). I would say that one must have wisdom at birth in order to survive. For example, you need to have a certain degree of wisdom at birth to get your mom to cook. However, though you may be able to get your mom to cook, you need binah in order to survive eventually. The acquisition of bean awe requires awe of the sun, for it is through the sun that beans get their nourishment. Without the sun, beans would not grow. However, without the sun, beans do not die. For example, you can buy dried dormant beans in the supermarket that are still capable of germinating. In the same way, seeds can last for a long times and spores if preserved in amber can live for thousands of years. If you are capable of figuring this out or already understand it then you have knowledge.

With respect to binah, many people get stuck on the idea of how there could be binah before the sun was created. However, it is true that a man must have her, understanding, in order to have a son. Thus, it is such that the translations of Torah that I know of at the store are poor quality. I hope that a better translation becomes available. As I have tried to explain before, there exists at least two different kingdoms that contain vegetation. Before the son existed, chloroplasts had developed that are capable of photosynthesis. That is, in the Bible, God prepares creatures first before he challenges them. Thus, it is such that blue green algae are not originally in the plant kingdom, but are only bacterial vegetative precursors of plants. Thus, the sun had yet to be created before there was cyanobacteria. Yet, the actual kingdom of cyanobacteria remains debated among humans in taxonomy, which is the biological field of organism classification.

Referring to the manner that cyanobacteria are challenged, this is called an oxidative process. The sun oxidizes the earth during the day, and in the same way lesser lights are also oxidative. However, not all oxidation causes aging, but it is through the absorbing of sunlight that photosynthetic pigments enable a plant or bacterial chloroplast to digest the sun's light. Thus, it is such that chloroplasts eat diffusive waves of photons, such that the organism that is digesting becomes reduced, where that which is reduced becomes more concentrated, and thus more dense, and thus more powerful.

The Physics of the Holy of Holies With Respect to the Variable Nature of the Greek Mind

The Holy of Holies is a place on earth.  It is the holiest place on earth.  Jewish philosophers conclude that the place of the Holy of Holies is where many miracles happened prior to the existence of the Temple.  And, yet the Holy of Holies is perplexing, specifically because it defies logic.  If we are to believe that the Torah is the truth, then we must accept that the Holy of Holies is a place that defies reason.  Things that defy reason tend to make certain people that have not studied enough angry, as logic seems reasonable.  So, I am going to ask them to make vulnerable their thoughts, such that they will listen to one example where it is rational to say logic is an imperfect description of the universe.

The Greeks gave us these  ideas that make it so difficult to comprehend the Holy of Holies in our imagination.  To the Greek mind, the mysterious nature of this place makes it possible to shrug off as mere mythology, yet as we explore the Greek’s further we find that not all Greek philosophers thought alike.  In fact, it was pointed out that though two halves make a whole, one must first travel half a distance to get to the other side.  This is the dilemma.  The road race is 10 miles long and can be subdivided into 2 parts that are each 5 miles long, but according to logic and reason one must first travel half the distance to get to the other side.  The first time one travels half of the distance, 5 miles is traveled.  The next time half the distance of the rest of the race is traveled, only 2.5 miles is traveled.  And the third time half the distance is traveled half of 2.5 miles is traveled.  With each time half the distance to the other end is traveled, the traveler gets closer, but yet somehow mystically never gets to the desired destination.

The idea of the limit in calculus addresses this dilemma, but it does not solve it.  According to logic, the point at the end of the road race does exist, but there is a problem; one needs to keep traveling half the distance in order to get to the other side.  In fact, the same thing could be said about traveling ¼ the distance to get to the other side.  That is, though the limit exists, in reality one must defy logic in order to use it.  According to logic, that point exists, but also according to logic there is no way to get there.  This problem in logic was of course realized by the Greeks, especially if someone was able to make it plain to them.

In fact, hard logical mathematics is not the only discipline to address this dilemma. Science thought that it would be clever and invent a way to get to the other side.  Thus, again a world of points is created, a mathematical grid known as a matrix, and it is said that the way things get to the other side is essentially through hopping or by ooze.  Yet, this clever description is again incorrect, as the same problem with logic is again raised, that is in order to get to the other side, the next box of the matrix, one must travel infinitely to the other side.  Thus, in science, the hopping may be done through things such as electrons changing the level of the orbital that they belong to.  For example, in the first orbital it is only permissible to have two electrons, but at the next level it is permissible to have more electrons and so on.  For example, a noble gas may have 8 electrons in its outer shell, and its outer shell be full, or two electrons in its outer shell and its outer shell be full, where a noble gas is simply defined as a gas that is highly nonreactive due to the complete filling of its outer shell of valence electrons, and there are several different kinds of noble gases.  The discipline of electrochemistry suggests that compounds may form to a certain degree of definable stability and change, according to the bonding of atoms via valence electrons, where it is said that atoms are the smallest subdivision of matter, yet atoms may also be divided into electrons, protons, and neutrons, and so on and nobody really knows where the division stops.

The problem of the Greek mind is that its logic is not as logical as what we know from the Bible, with respect to the miracles that occur at the Holy of Holies that seemingly defy reason.  The question is why?  This is the reason why brilliant minds often fail at science.  They are able to solve the problems on paper with logic, such as in the case of scientific journal articles, but these solutions are only written and not true to the nature of reality because logic is only a good attempt at reason, but it is not fully correct.

To begin to understand the magic of the Holy of Holies, one must be willing to open a Talmudic dialogue, where it was found that Jerusalem is the center of the world.  More accurate Jerusalem is the center of the universe, and even the cosmos itself.   Jerusalem is the center of everything that has dimension.  Things become the center when electromagnetic fields are focused upon them.  Thus, it is such that because the Holy of Holies is the focal point of the temple, it is supposed to become the focal point of the universe, itself.  For example, barometric pressure is an idea descriptive of an electromagnetic field, which has pressure, volume (space), matter, and a thermodynamic temperature.  This concept puts white basketball players at a disadvantage in a public area because the color white is descriptive of a certain type of connectivity that puts a white basketball player under more barometric pressure than a black basketball player.  The reason for this is due to the color of television screens, where a computer monitor or a television screen is black, thus superimposing the image of a black basketball player onto a black background causes less resistance, and therefore black basketball players will naturally find it easier to move on television.   Thus, it is such that due to the focusing of electromagnetic minds on a point that stress is created.  Physics correctly tells us that matter has density, and at the level of a particle, such as an atom’s size, most of the space of matter is in fact empty.  Thus, it is such that things can pass through each other in the way it is possible to shoot electrons through a sheet of finely pressed gold.  It is because of the special properties of matter that in the Holy of Holies it is possible for the dimensions of its contents not to add up with respect to logic, and the volume of the Holy of Holies.  Thus, it is such that in the Holy of Holies it is demonstrable that the logic of measurement is not Gd, and thus matter itself can’t be Gd, and not only that but through this Gd mysteriously left Himself a way to operate on the universe.  It is due to the space that matter does not occupy that miracles can occur that seem to defy logic, especially if a spark of wisdom, a soul is given to them, in the manner that they acquire emotive qualities.  For example, some people when they see something such as an insect creeps, they instinctively know that that insect appears detestable.  One can’t describe with logic what makes what detestable without the assistance of a soul.  One can create a computer program that can detect detestable images, but ultimately the author of the program had to assist the computer in knowing what the detestable image looks like.  One can make a computer program make computer images, but ultimately the computer needed the assistance of a programmer to engineer that.  Thus, because the idea of the computer was created by man through wisdom and understanding the consequence is that something existed before the computer which imparted to the computer a soul, which is to my knowledge exclusive of having a one way digestive system.

A soul is difficult to define in English.

I think some discombobulated people are demanding for the blockage their souls or that they be removed but it is a wonderful thing to have a soul especially if it is a little spicy as that helps with digestin’ what comes from as goes through the ecosystem where purification can occur and return to us in a cycle such that there needs to be ethics for determining what is fit for digestin’.  Rabbi, it may be nicer to ask if people that if given a choice would they prefer to have a soul or not and if they prefer not to have a soul, then if they don’t want to have a soul maybe ask them, “Why?” and encourage the young ones to have a soul.  Sometimes having a soul hurts, but I am thankful that I have a soul.  May we all choose to have a soul, healthy body, and studious mind.

Virtual DJ and Party Synchrony Invention for the Creation of Artificial Jazz

This invent relies on inventions that already exists, as in my opinion all inventions do.  A patent is thus a ptnt, which can be translated as, peti note, where a peti is defined as a fool that has simply not studied enough.  Thus, it is such that if one gets a patent it is only because they have not created a new invention, but it is also true that if someone gets a patent that no person could find the earliest occurrence of the invention.

One technology that this invention relies upon the ability of a wrist band to take a pulse.  My dad had such a wrist band that he used for jogging when I was growing up as a child, except what I have conceived of is slightly different.  The wrist watch he had would display the pulse on the screen, but that much is not the main part of this invention.  Sure, the device could display a pulse, but what I am more interested in is a device that not only takes pulses but also transmits them, in the same way that television remote control transmits to a television, or WiFi transmits to a computer.  The purpose of pulse transmission would be to assist an artificial dj mp3 player or readjusted cd player, where it would be wiser to use dvds than cds for the music because they hold more space.  The reason songs would require more space is that through my invention a song would not be played by the music player the same way every time.  What would occur is that in the recording studio, a band or song artist would record multiple versions of every song on their album, and the purpose for this would be for technological and artificial mixing and disc jockeying, where it would be as if there was a shuffle button within each song, in addition to the normal shuffle button, which only shuffles songs.  In the case of my shuffle button, a song that was already playing would also be shuffled.   That is, there would be shuffling of both separate songs and shuffling within songs.  The manner by which it would be shuffled would be according to the transmission of pulses which could then be synchronized, making for better listener enjoyment through use of mathematical functions.  The reason for attempting the synchrony of pulses would be to create a feeling of love, where if two people hold hands, their pulses synchronize and if there is trust, then this is an appealing feeling.  For example, when a man and woman hold hands, they do so in order to create the romantic feeling of pulse synchrony.
